PENGUMUMAN TENDER UMUM

No.: 010/DPA/BPUI/VII/2025

Panitia Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (PT BPUI) akan melaksanakan Tender Umum Pengadaan Bersama Lisensi Microsoft 365.

Persyaratan Peserta Tender:

1.    Menyampaikan data perusahaan, terdiri dari:

a.     Fotokopi Akta Pendirian Perusahaan beserta perubahannya;

b.     Fotokopi Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak dan Nomor Induk Berusaha yang masih berlaku;

c.     Asli Surat Pernyataan Minat;

d.     Bukti resmi berhak untuk menjual produk Microsoft 365;

e.     Bukti resmi Microsoft Authorization Letter atau MAF Letter yang berwenang mewakili Microsoft dalam menyediakan solusi Enterprise Agreement ;

f.      Bukti telah beroperasi minimal 5 tahun di Indonesia; dan

g.     Surat bukti hubungan kemitraan dengan principal (kemitraan dan surat dukungan dari principal).

2.   Kepada Perusahaan yang berminat dapat mendaftarkan perusahaannya pada:

3.   Perusahaan/Peserta Tender diwajibkan menyerahkan Surat Kuasa dari Direktur/Pimpinan dalam hal Perusahaan/Peserta Tender diwakili oleh Orang yang ditunjuk dilengkapi dengan fotokopi KTP penerima dan pemberi Kuasa.

OPEN BIDDING ANNOUNCEMENT

No.: 010/DPA/BPUI/VII/2025

The Procurement Committee of Goods and Services of the State-Owned Company (Persero) PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (PT BPUI) hereby announces the Open Bidding or Public Tender for The Joint Procurement of Microsoft 365 Licences.

Qualification Requirements:

1.      Please submit your company data which consists of:

a.     Copy of the Deed of Establishment of the Company and its amendments;

b.     Copy of Tax Identification Number and valid Business Identification Number ;

c.     Original Letter of Intent;

d.     Official proof of authorization to sell Microsoft 365 products;

e.     The official proof of the Microsoft Authorization Letter or MAF Letter as authorized representation of Microsoft in providing Enterprise Agreement solutions;

f.      Proof of having operated for at least 5 years in Indonesia; and

g.     Letter of proof of partnership with the principal (partnership and letter of support from the principal).

2.   Registration information:

Registration period : Thursday, 17 July 2025, 08:00 AM to Monday, 21 July 2025, 02:00 PM (West Indonesian Time Zone)

3.   The Company/Tender Participant is required to submit a Power of Attorney from the Director/Leadership Management in the event The Company/Tender Participant is represented by appointed individual accompanied by a photocopy of the ID card of both the recipient and the Authorized Person of the Power of Attorney.
