PENGUMUMAN TENDER UMUM

Panitia Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (IFG) akan melaksanakan Tender Umum Pengadaan Penyedia Jasa Managed Service untuk Pengembangan Aplikasi di Domain Channel & Distribution IFG dan Perusahaan Afiliasi (One by IFG, One Force, One Health, dan One Space), dengan ruang lingkup umum sebagai berikut :

        1.      Menyediakan jasa Managed Service sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan;

        2.      Membantu IFG dan Perusahaan Afiliasi untuk menyelesaikan pengembangan aplikasi yang dibutuhkan yang ditetapkan;

Persyaratan Peserta Tender:

      1.   Menyampaikan data perusahaan, terdiri dari:

a.      Harus memiliki Tanda Daftar Rekanan (TDR) IFG dan masih berlaku yang dibuktikan dengan copy TDR dan apabila belum menjadi Rekanan IFG, diharapkan melakukan pendaftaran terlebih dahulu dengan mengikuti proses yang tercantum di link berikut : https://ifg.id/about-procurement

b.      Fotokopi Akta Pendirian Perusahaan beserta perubahannya;

c.      Fotokopi Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak dan Nomor Induk Berusaha yang masih berlaku;

d.      Sub Bidang Usaha & Kualifikasi :

·       Kode KBLI  : 78300

·       Judul KBLI : Penyediaan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Manajemen Fungsi Sumber Daya Manusia

atau Kode KBLI lain yang serupa

e.      Asli Surat Pernyataan Minat;

       2.   Kepada Perusahaan yang berminat dapat mendaftarkan perusahaannya pada:

       3.   Perusahaan/Peserta Tender diwajibkan menyerahkan Surat Kuasa dari Direktur/Pimpinan dalam hal Perusahaan/Peserta Tender diwakili oleh Orang yang ditunjuk dilengkapi dengan fotokopi KTP penerima dan pemberi Kuasa.

PUBLIC TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

No.: 001/DPA/BPUI/III/2026

The Procurement Committee of PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) – IFG hereby announces the Public Tender for the Procurement of Managed Service Providers for Application Development in the IFG Channel & Distribution Domain and its Affiliated Companies (One by IFG, One Force, One Health, and One Space), with the following general scope:

        1.     Provide Managed Service in accordance with the required specifications;

        2.     Assist IFG and its Affiliates in completing the designated application development needs.

Tender Participant Requirements:

        1.     Submission of company data, consisting of :

a.   Must possess a valid IFG Vendor Registration Certificate (TDR), evidenced by a copy of the TDR. For companies not yet registered as IFG Vendors, registration must first be completed through the process outlined at: https://ifg.id/about-procurement

b.   Copy of the Company’s Articles of Association and any amendments;

c.    Copy of valid Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and Business Identification Number (NIB);

d.   Business Sub-Sector & Qualification:

·       KBLI Code: 78300

·       KBLI Title: Provision of Human Resources and Human Resource Function Management

or other similar KBLI code

e.    Original Letter of Interest.

         2.     Interested companies may register during the following period:Registration Period:  Monday, March 9, 2026, at 14:00 WIB until Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 16:00 WIB

Email subject must state: “ Procurement of Managed Service Providers for Application Development in the IFG Channel & Distribution Domain and its Affiliated Companies (One by IFG, One Force, One Health, and One Space)_Vendor Name]”

       3.     Companies/Tender Participants must submit a Power of Attorney from the Director/Head of the Company if represented by an appointed individual, accompanied by copies of the ID cards of both the grantor and the recipient of the Power of Attorney.
