PENGUMUMAN TENDER UMUM

Panitia Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (IFG) akan melaksanakan Tender Umum Pengadaan Bersama Firewall IFG, dengan ruang lingkup umum sebagai berikut :

         1.      Pembelian perangkat baru serta renewal (perpanjangan) lisensi;

         2.      Penyediaan layanan dukungan teknis (local support) untuk perangkat firewall yang beroperasi di lingkungan IFG;

Persyaratan Peserta Tender:

      1.   Menyampaikan data perusahaan, terdiri dari:

a.      Harus memiliki Tanda Daftar Rekanan (TDR) IFG dan masih berlaku yang dibuktikan dengan copy TDR dan apabila belum menjadi Rekanan IFG, diharapkan melakukan pendaftaran terlebih dahulu dengan mengikuti proses yang tercantum di link berikut : https://ifg.id/about-procurement

b.      Fotokopi Akta Pendirian Perusahaan beserta perubahannya;

c.      Fotokopi Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak dan Nomor Induk Berusaha yang masih berlaku;

d.      Sub Bidang Usaha & Kualifikasi :

·       Kode KBLI  : 46511; 46512; 62021; 62090/62900

·       Judul KBLI : Perdagangan Besar Komputer dan Perlengkapan Komputer; Perdagangan Besar Piranti Lunak; Aktivitas Konsultasi Keamanan Informasi; Aktivitas Teknologi Informasi dan Jasa Komputer Lainnya

atau Kode KBLI lain yang serupa

e.      Asli Surat Pernyataan Minat;

f.       Merupakan mitra resmi (authorized partner/reseller) dari produk yang ditawarkan, dibuktikan dengan surat dukungan principal atau sertifikat kemitraan resmi;

g.      Penyedia wajib memiliki status kemitraan (partner level) minimal Tier 2 atau setara dari Principal produk yang ditawarkan.

      2.   Kepada Perusahaan yang berminat dapat mendaftarkan perusahaannya pada:

      3.   Perusahaan/Peserta Tender diwajibkan menyerahkan Surat Kuasa dari Direktur/Pimpinan dalam hal Perusahaan/Peserta Tender diwakili oleh Orang yang ditunjuk dilengkapi dengan fotokopi KTP penerima dan pemberi Kuasa.

PUBLIC TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

No.: 007/DPA/BPUI/VI/2026

The Procurement Committee of PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) – IFG hereby announces the Public Tender for the Joint Procurement of IFG Firewall, with the following general scope:

       1.     Procurement of new devices and license renewal (extension);

       2.     Provision of technical support services (local support) for firewall devices operating within the IFG environment.

Tender Participant Requirements:

       1.     Submit company documents, consisting of:

a.   Must have a valid IFG Registered Vendor Certificate (Tanda Daftar Rekanan/TDR), evidenced by a copy of the TDR. If not yet registered as an IFG Vendor, the company is required to register first by following the process listed at the following link: https://ifg.id/about-procurement

b.   Copy of the Deed of Establishment and its amendments;

c.    Copy of a valid Tax Identification Number (NPWP) and Business Identification Number (NIB);

d.   Business Subcategory & Qualifications:

·       KBLI Codes: 46511; 46512; 62021; 62090/62900

·       KBLI Title: Wholesale of Computers and Computer Equipment; Wholesale of Software; Information Security Consulting Activities; Other Information Technology and Computer Service Activities or other similar KBLI code;

e.    Original Letter of Interest;

f.     Must be an authorized partner/reseller of the offered products, evidenced by a principal support letter or official partnership certificate;

g.    The vendor must have a minimum partnership level of Tier 2 or equivalent from the principal of the offered product.

        2.     Interested companies may register during the following period:

Registration Period:  Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 10:00 WIB until Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 17:30 WIB

Email subject must state: “Joint Procurement of IFG Firewall_[Vendor Name]”

       3.     Companies/Tender Participants must submit a Power of Attorney from the Director/Head of the Company if represented by an appointed individual, accompanied by copies of the ID cards of both the grantor and the recipient of the Power of Attorney.
